Phil and Carolyn have been involved in church ministry in Canada for over 20 years.  As a pastor, Phil brings a passion for leadership training and enabling effective ministry.  As a health worker, Carolyn brings a passion for caring for the whole person.  Together they bring a strong element of encouragement to others.
