We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year’s!

We are very aware that our website hasn’t been updated to our desired liking. Life here in Mexico has been rather busy with a lot of travel, visits and new opportunities to build into other people’s lives.

It’s exciting to be part of a ministry that is just exploding and keeps us on our toes! There is so much more to do that we can possibly do and so we do what we are able to do keep at it.

Bits’n Bites – Jan 2023

Two highlights for 2022 were:

1. Full funding for our Leadership Development project fund. These funds will allow us to better meet the needs of resourcing Pastors and leaders to equip their people for ministry.
2. Seeing a number of lives changed by the Gospel. It’s so exciting to see what God is doing in people’s lives as they take steps to learn and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.

Looking forward to 2023:

1. Hoping to increase the number of Seminary study groups from 28 (about 152 students) to 38 (about 230 students). If the demand for resources continues we may well see a greater increase in numbers.
2. Three specific Leadership Development Events:
   • Training for Pastoral Care Ministry – helping pastors and church leaders understand the need for self-care.
   • Training our National Leadership Development Team in their Mentoring of Pedagogy – helping them in their mentoring skills of new leaders.
   • Training for Tutor Pedagogy – helping our group leaders in their roles to facilitate their groups.

Thank you for your prayers and support! We are grateful for you and your partnership with us! Please pray for good health this coming year. We have both been down with whatever it is that’s going around this season – cold/sinus infection. There are so many opportunities this year, we need God’s wisdom in managing time, energy and following the Lord’s leading this New Year!
