Chiles en Nogada

Carolyn has been experimenting a bit and making lots of yummy food.

Today she made Chiles en Nogada, a famous Mexican dish made surrounding Mexican Independence Day Sep 16.

Carolyn also made a Birthday cake for a neighbour.
